The Indoor Farm

We started growing our food with an indoor vertical hydroponic system from Fork Farms.

To start out we tested our well water which has a fantastic PH level and a very low PPM (contaminate) reading. We started germinating our seeds in ROCKWOOL (a completely compostable medium) and then transplanted the seedings into the vertical system where they get watered at the roots with nutrient rich water.

This way of farming allows us to grow food year round and without any pesticides. We also use 95% less water and 98% less land compared to traditional farming.
