Saving our “Little” Barn

We basically bought a vacant meadow with a little creek and a little barn that was literally about to fall down.

Of course we wouldn’t have even dreamed of tearing it down, so we built it a foundation, straightened it, picked it up, secured it to the foundation, replaced the roof, added a door and hand chinked between each log.

We now call it Harper’s House and have put a lot of blood, sweat and tears into restoring this special gem.
